The course will consider how you can ensure that your policies and procedures are not simply paper documents, drafted for legal reasons and for the sake of appearances, but rather become embedded within and organisation's culture.
The content of the course will be determined, in part, by the attendees, who will be encouraged to identify any policies and procedures that their organisations find particularly problematic.
